Delivery is £2.95 for all UK orders. Your order will be dispatched between 3 and 5 working days but sometimes sooner . We also offer a next day delivery at an additional charge of £6.95

RECEIVING YOUR PARCEL
When your order is delivered you or a designated person will need to be there to sign for the parcel. If this is not possible the courier will leave a card with details of how to contact your local depot.
There is no re-direction service available under any circumstances

RETURNS POLICY
LADZ.BIZ wants you to be completely satisfied with every purchase you make with us. However, we understand that you may wish to return items. That is why we offer all our customers a returns guarantee, which means that if you are not delighted with your purchase, you can cancel your purchase within 21 days of the date you received the item and you will receive a full refund for the price you paid for the item in the method you paid. Unfortunately, we will be unable to refund any services you have purchased, such as gift wrapping, once we have started to carry it out due to the nature of the service.

To cancel or return your purchase, please email us at returns@ladz.biz and we will inform you of how to return it.

You will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, if the item is damaged or defective, or if it is within the 21 day return period. For your protection, it is recommended that you use a recorded delivery service if the value of the return is more than £40. Also, we request that you take reasonable care of the product while it is in your possession and return it to us as soon as possible.

If you return an item to us we will process the returned item then notify you via e-mail of your refund. A refund will be given to you in the same form of payment you originally used for the purchase as quickly as possible and within one month.

If you are returning items because it is damaged or due to an error on our part, we will refund the initial delivery charges and pay your costs of returning it to us. We will also refund the cost of any services provided to you in connection with your purchase. We will check all items returned as damaged or defective.
